Why dont we just let ethiopia play too?
So I was doing my research for the latvia/russia game tonight.. and I think this may win the most lop sided game of the year...
Latvia: Cap Kārlis Skrastiņš Is statisticaly best player on the Team. Back up goalie Sergejs Naumovs at age 40 is currently not signed to any Personal Hockey. Their starting goalie Ervīns Muštukovs main cliam to fame is ECHL player of the week jan 31st 2007....
Russia: 2008 venzna finalisy and calder cup winner Evgeni Nabokov Former Stanly cup champ (even if it was as a back up) Ilya Bryzgalov Stanly cup champions Sergei Gonchar, Pavel Datsyuk, and Evgeni Malkin. 3 time Stanley Cup Champion Sergei Fedorov and many other amazing players.
my question to you is can you think of a more lop sided game in Olympic history?

Hey, the Latvian nationalists were some of the toughest SOBs when it came to resisting Soviet takeover. I read a story about how some Latvian civilians stubbornly stayed in a barn and opened gunfire on Soviet troops, instead of surrendering to those Soviet troops and giving up their nationalist troops... even when it was set on fire.
Moral of the story: If the Russians end up winning, I'm sure the Latvians will just set the arena ablaze. :b
Naw, I can't really think of any game more lopsided, because the Russian Team is preeetty stacked.
