Atheists do you agree with those who erected that sign in washington?
Also every now and then they interview an angry atheist on the news, and he/she makes all atheists look bad. What do you do when that happens?
I understand that you want your point of view known, and it should be, but to insult the majority of the population seems unwise.
BTW - I'm not religious.

Monkeyhead - Thats exactly what I'm talking about. You're doing the same thing you are accusing them of doing. It's just going to cause more turmoil. Unless thats what you want.
Child of ape - I agree, but the sign did more than just state your opinion. It insulted all who believe in a god. Thats different.

-So what if it insulted believers? They spend enough time insulting non-believers...

-Well if they can understand that the "angry atheist" on the news doesn't speak for me, I won't say that all Christians are like Ted Haggard. Simple.

-The sign doesn't speak for me. I could post a thousand christian made signs that insult homosexuals or atheists...why is insulting the religious different?
