getting a puck from a Team during warm ups?
Im going to the Colorado Avalanche-Dallas Stars game this friday in dallas. Im a big avs fan, this will be my third Avs game this year. Every time i go i stand by the glass for warmups wearing my Avs jersey hoping for a puck. but the last three times they have given a puck to kids in stars jerseys.
I mean i can understand the kids and all thats why Hockey players are so cool, but being an Avs fan i want a puck.
anyone have any suggestions to get them to toss me one.
p.s. i thought of making a sign.
p.s.s im def. NOT going to steal one from a kid
Take a kid with you to the game.
Seriously they should be throwing them to kids, they mean more to kids than us.
I went to a Habs bruins game in Montreal with my Godson who is a big Bruins fan who was wearing a Bruins Jersey.
Bill Guerin a Bruin at the time tosses him a puck as the warmup ends, the 30 plus yearold - also a Bruin - fan next to us reaches up and Grabs the puck. Guerin sees this and tells security guard to bring us to the bench( we had went by the glass just inside the blue line) and then signs my godsons Bruins Jersey before heading back to the room. For this reason I will always be a Guerin fan.
